Are you cramping during your work out? Drink some pickle juice!  By doing so you're delivering salt and other minerals and more importantly, water to your muscles at a faster rate. The reason why you're cramping is because your body is dehydrated. You actually need to drink more water to prevent this from happening.
The pickle juice is pretty much your emergency remedy for this. If you don't have pickle juice around, take a half  teaspoon of salt eat it, then drink water. Not as good a pickle juice, but that will help. Remember, for your muscles to grow,
